About Main Street
📍Main Street Roanoke Rapids is part of the North Carolina Main Street Program, coordinated through the NC Main Street & Rural Planning Center at the NC Department of Commerce.
The local program is led by Main Street Development Director Ashley Thomas and follows the Main Street America Four-Point Approach: Economic Vitality, Design, Promotion, and Organization.
🤝Liberty on Main is supported by the Main Street Advisory Committee, City staff, community partners, sponsors, volunteers, vendors, and participating organizations.
🇺🇸This year's celebration also recognizes America's 250th anniversary and the civic spirit of “We the People.”
